This conference was designed for every employee who has contact with your customer. Customer Service doesn’t stop inside the Customer Service department anymore. Every employee who has customer contact and represents your company should attend including operations employees, service representatives, field employees, meter readers, customer service representatives, cashiers, credit employees and office staff and management. The conference begins at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13th which provides time for you and your employees to drive up the same day of the conference. The conference concludes by noon on Wednesday, May 14th to provide you and your employees plenty of time to return to your home towns and limiting time away from the office and cutting travel costs. Every attendee receives a goody bag filled with complimentary donations.
